Claire Dunlop published together with Edoardo Ongaro and Keith Baker a research article addressing how the public policy and administration community can address the challenges proposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The article appears in Public Policy and Administration Journal and is available at this link.

The authors outline a number of analytical themes that are central to public policy scholarship and can also speak to policymakers in order to cope with the unexpected daunting challenges of the pandemic.
